Big Changes Coming to Reagan Elementary School, As part of a district-wide upgrade, Norman Public Schools has approved a major construction bid that includes Ronald Reagan Elementary. The approved package includes renovations to the ADA restrooms at Reagan, as well as other work at Lakeview, Washington, and Wilson elementary schools, as well as upgrades to the district's Instructional Services Center.
