Eight Genoa Middle School students recently earned top awards at the Ohio History Day State Competition. The school also prepared for Jagapalooza, a community celebration of arts, music and engineering, on May 13, 2026. Eighth-graders took part in hands-on medical training, including laparoscopic surgery simulations and virtual meetings with NASA’s Artemis II lead capsule communicator to learn about roles in space missions.
