Toledo School for the Arts named semi-finalist for Building Hope’s 2025 S. Joseph Bruno Model Charter Award for impact, innovation and engagement with students and community On September 27, 2025, TSA partnered with Toledo Opera and Aria Performing Arts to present “Carmen in Motion” – an interactive Spanish dance experience at The Portal led by choreographer Rosa Mercedes. The school replaced the lights over the summer of 2025 in anticipation of a big 2025/2026 school year. The school continues to run Summer Arts Camp, Kaleidoscope productions, and the TSA Closet initiative providing free menstrual hygiene products.
