Thurgood Marshall High School senior Nealeonn Scott was selected as the winner of the 2025 W.S. McIntosh Memorial Leadership Award. He will receive full tuition, room and board at the University of Dayton, as well as a four-year paid internship with the City of Dayton. Thurgood Marshall students are eligible for Wright State University’s new Take Flight Program, which selects up to 20 ninth graders each year to receive a full-tuition scholarship, college-level coaching and support for students with financial need and a 3.2 GPA.
