Gordon DeWitt Elementary School is a public K–5 school located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, that serves about 350 students with a student-to-teacher ratio of around 16:1. The school, which opened in its modern two-story building in 1968 in a suburban neighborhood, is part of the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. The school offers a complete curriculum that includes all the core subjects, the arts, physical education, and a Gifted & Talented program to support the needs of all students. With Principal Jennifer Skala, Mrs. Skala tries to and has developed an environment that fosters caring, and inclusiveness, while continuing to encourage students to be explorers, creators, and critical thinkers. A. Yes, our school has a Gifted & Talented program available for academically advanced learners to challenge them, as well as to support their needs.
