Salem Elementary School is highlighting its vibrant “Reading Warriors” program, in which older students go to primary classrooms each week to read stories and cultivate a love of books. The school recently hosted a successful “Salem Math Carnival” where students participated in interactive logic games to develop basic numeracy skills in a fun environment. Parents have also lauded the school’s “Open Door” communication policy, which has fostered a stronger relationship between staff and local parents.

Ans. Shark Schools are small groups of 10-12 students from various grade levels that meet monthly with a staff member to build community and learn social-emotional lessons.

Ans. The school offers two English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, Gifted & Talented services and multiple disability units to ensure all students are able to achieve .
