Recently, PK-5 students at Northtowne Elementary School showcased their original science projects and creative prototype designs to regional Ohio industry professionals during a “Discovery Expo.” The school is celebrating its latest academic data, which shows measurable progress in students’ foundational math skills via the new “Daily Discovery” intervention sessions. Also, the campus was recently recognized for its strong “Peer Mediation” program, where older students are trained to handle conflicts and foster a positive social climate.

Ans. Our school is based on the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) framework of being Respectful, Responsible and Focused (RRF).
Q2. How does Northtowne Elementary School communicate with families?
Ans. We use the TalkingPoints app for two-way translated communication and send a monthly newsletter, Northtowne News, on the S’more platform.
Q3. Does Northtowne Elementary School have gifted programs or preschool programs?
Ans. Yes, we have a preschool and gifted program on our campus to meet the diverse needs of our learners.

Ans. The Ans. Students can earn PBIS incentives, House points and special recognition for demonstrating the school’s core values of respect and responsibility.

Ans. The Student Guide to Success is an annual resource that includes important documents and updates for families to complete in the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.
