Northland High School students got a hands-on look at engineering and manufacturing during a visit to Ohio State’s HAMMER-ERC. The students toured the new Makerspace and saw the ChiNChilla CNC milling machine in action. The Vikings boys basketball program won its third straight City League title, defeating Africentric 61-48 in the championship behind junior point guard Diante James. Prior to graduation, Senior Promise Achankeng juggled coursework and a full-time position in IT at Columbus City Schools, where she served as a field technician repairing Chromebooks and smartboards.
