Since implementing its new 2026 “Career Pathways” program that includes local professional mentors, Madison Elementary School has seen a significant increase in student engagement. The campus recently recognized the winners of its “Scholar of the Month” award, who showed outstanding dedication to their academic studies and community service goals. The school also recently held a successful “Innovation Fair” where families participated with their children in hands-on science workshops.
Q1. What support does Madison Elementary provide for students who move from other districts during the school year?
Ans. We have a “Tiger Friends” program that pairs new students with a peer mentor to help them learn our unique campus routines.
Q2. Does Madison Elementary School have a sensory-friendly area for students needing a quiet break?
Ans. Our library has sensory-friendly reading nooks where students can go for a quiet break or focused tactile learning experiences.
Q3. What are the motor skill development activities included in the Madison Elementary School physical education curriculum?
Ans.We have large play areas for students to develop motor skills and coordination through daily movement sessions or recess.
Q4. How does Madison Elementary School communicate with families who want to receive school updates in their home language?
Ans. All newsletters and important safety alerts are available in multiple languages so that every parent is kept up to date on a daily basis.
Q5. Can parents volunteer to help with the Madison Elementary School garden project or campus beautification days?
Ans. Yes, we invite families to participate in our green team events to help care for our outdoor learning spaces and gardens.
