Recently, Burroughs Elementary School was recognized for its “Burroughs Success” program, which provides personalized academic pathways for foundational literacy and math to students. The school recognized a group of fifth graders who were recognized citywide for their excellence in academics and leadership in their own communities. The campus recently also held its largest-ever “Heritage Night,” celebrating the rich cultural diversity of its student body and families.
