Binns Elementary School is currently celebrating the success of its 2026 “Reading Warriors” program where students made great progress in literacy through student-led book clubs. The school recently received a community grant for new library resources . This enabled the media center to expand its collection of high-interest multicultural literature. Also, parent involvement is at an all-time high because of the success of the “Coffee with the Principal” social growth workshops.

Ans. We have a supervised car-rider loop and dedicated staff on our campus daily to help our students get safely into the building for class.

Ans. Our “STEM Starters” program offers students the opportunity to learn coding and robotics early in their school career with fun and engaging classroom projects and monthly challenges each year.

Ans. Our “Varian Values” program celebrates students for their integrity and kindness, as we work together to build a positive and respectful school culture each day.
