White Oak Middle School student Julian Zapata has received the rare distinction of being named All-Region in Band, Choir and Orchestra for the 2025-2026 school year. The school’s counseling department was recently awarded the CREST Award for Excellence in Counseling and Student Council members attended a TEPSA Student Leadership Workshop to learn how to make a difference in their community. The school keeps families informed with monthly newsletters and events, such as the upcoming Band Spring Concert.
