The Early Childhood Centre was featured in a district newsletter, April 17, 2026, regarding “Touch a Truck: Touch My Future,” a career-awareness event planned for kindergarten students on May 1, 2026. The event was for about 300 young learners at the Winton Woods Early Childhood Central Campus and provided children with hands-on exposure to transportation, construction, first responder and public service vehicles. The activity offers a fun, age-appropriate connection between classroom learning and real-world careers.
