Green Hope Elementary School is one of the highest performing Elementary Schools in North Carolina, consistently ranking in the top 5% in the state. Green Hope Elementary has achieved excellent academic progress: it boasts an impressive 91% proficiency in mathematics, 88% in reading, and up to 94% in science — all well above averages for both the state and the district. With its approximately 600 students, Green Hope is able to maintain a considerably strong 14:1 student - teacher ratio allowing for a presence emphasis on an active, individualized learning, and engaging pedagogical practice. A: Students have tablets, Chromebooks and interactive whiteboards. They also use various learning apps for maths, science, reading and STEM subjects which all help prepare them for their future.
