Being Updated
This school year, Liberty Elementary has set up a "house system" to help students feel like they belong, get help from older students, and compete in a healthy way. Students are put into houses (K–5 mixed) and compete in games once a month while learning about respect, teamwork, and including others.
The larger district, which includes Liberty Elementary, recently got a lot of money from Title I—over $5.1 million—to help low-income and at-risk students. This money will help Liberty and other schools like it with ESL, extra instruction, and other special services.
Q1. What programs at Liberty Elementary help students who learn in different ways?
