As part of the Des Moines Public Schools system, Carver Elementary School is a public school in Des Moines, Iowa, that serves students from pre-K to grade 5. The Des Moines Public Schools' new $265 million bond, which is part of a larger "Reimagining Education" plan, will help Carver Elementary. The money improves infrastructure, adds to early childhood programs, and builds "signature schools" that are different from other schools. The vote shows that the community is behind the district, even though there has been a lot of trouble with the leadership lately.
