Being Updated

Ans. Franklin Elementary has put the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program (OBPP) into place. This program teaches students what bullying is and gives students or parents a way to report concerns.
Q2. What kinds of help are there for students who have special needs or different learning needs?
Ans. Franklin is part of the Council Bluffs Community School District (CBCSD) and offers special education services, pull-out instruction when needed, and help through IEPs to make sure that every eligible child gets the right accommodations.

Ans. Yes, the district gives all enrolled students free breakfasts and lunches through the Community Eligibility Provision. This means that every child can get meals, no matter how much money their family makes.
