Johnson High School recently celebrated several student achievements including former student-athlete Ted Hurst being selected in the 3rd round of the 2026 NFL Draft and student-athletes finding success at the 2026 GHSA Track and Field State Championships. Junior Cameron Capers was named the Superintendent’s Student of the Month for April 2026 for his involvement in the International Baccalaureate Program and several leadership organizations. The school also held its 2nd annual College Decision Day, a celebration of graduating seniors as they commit to their postsecondary plans.
