The Douglas County School System Educator Recruitment Fair was held at Douglas County High School on March 10, 2026. The event provided prospective educators with an opportunity to meet with school leaders and to review available employment opportunities throughout the district in Douglasville. The fair was meant to help with hiring efforts and connect candidates to instructional and staff roles. The district continues to host recruitment events to bolster educator staffing pipelines and to bring teaching professionals to schools in the community.
