A number of former Manning Oaks students recently returned to campus ahead of their high school graduations. Some of the graduates stopped to compare how much the school had changed since they attended, while others searched for classrooms they could still remember. The visit felt more like a reunion than a formal event.
Q1. What are some things students might leave at school during the day?
Ans. It's common to see items such as jackets, water bottles, pencil boxes, and folders staying at school until dismissal time.
Q2. Where do students usually find something new to read?
Ans. A student might discover a new book from a classroom shelf, a reading corner, or another collection available at the school.
Q3. What are some of the papers that make their way home in a student's backpack?
Ans. A backpack might come home with a finished worksheet one day and a school notice or drawing the next.
Q4. Do students visit places outside their classroom during the day?
Ans. Depending on the schedule, students may spend time in other parts of the school building.
Q5. Can students take completed projects home?
Ans. Finished classwork and projects are often sent home for families to see.
