Being Updated
The Ridge Teen Parent Program still helps a lot through its Academy of Education. Students learn about child development and care by working with babies and toddlers on site. Students in this one-of-a-kind program can work toward their high school diplomas while also getting certifications and learning about possible careers in early childhood education. Making personalized academic plans is another focus of the program. It also gives students the tools they need to balance being a parent with their schoolwork.
