About Northwest Elementary School

Northwest Elementary is a school in a long-standing suburban area, and we teach kids from pre-K all the way up to 5th grade, with a focus on their needs. Around 680 to 700 students go to the school.  Northwest Elementary is in the top 7% of schools across the state, and it's one of only three schools in all of Hillsborough County to achieve that. For English, about 75% to 81% of students are doing really well, and in math, that number jumps to roughly 78% to 89%

The students come from all sorts of backgrounds.  This mix makes the school a very welcoming place for everyone. Gifted programs and working together in classes really help kids grow, both in how much they learn and how they develop as people. Parents always talk about how much they appreciate the school's caring staff and its family-friendly atmosphere. Houses in places around here usually go for about $380,000 to $650,000, which means a lot of families can stay put and close for a long time. Northwest Elementary keeps proving itself as one of Florida's best elementary schools, thanks to its amazing academics and real community feel. This school is the best school in Florida.
