Seminole Elementary School was named a Florida School of Excellence in 2026 for its outstanding academic performance and state assessment results. The school also announced the winners of the PRIDE Award for everything from math to writing to science and social studies. During the school year, attendance on campus was high on a daily basis. Students participated in literacy milestone programs such as the 100 Point and 200 Point reading clubs. Other school activities included field days, student recognition breakfasts, kindergarten learning trips, and community programs to promote academic participation and student involvement throughout the year.
