A big recent highlight of Wilkinson Elementary School is that the Sarasota Children’s Museum has signed a 19,000 sq. ft. lease at the school campus. The museum aims to provide interactive, immersive learning experiences for children and families across multiple counties. This is a major positive development because it: Transforms the campus into a regional education destination, Brings hands-on learning opportunities beyond the classroom and Strengthens community engagement around the school
