Western Academy Charter School was named an “A” school for the 19th consecutive year in 2026 and was also named one of the top-performing elementary schools in Florida. The school additionally received Florida School of Excellence recognition for strong academic performance and state assessment results. Students participated in programs such as the Advanced STEAM Academy, which includes Engineering and Information Technology learning tracks for middle school students. During the academic year, students also took part in community activities, walkathon events, and academic projects that supported leadership, science learning, and classroom participation.
