Being Updated
The South Creek Middle School chess team just won the district championship, which shows how well they've been doing over the past few years. Students practiced and made plans for the competition on a regular basis, which helped them get better over time. During the event, they played against teams from other schools, and in each round, they showed that they could focus, plan, and work together. This achievement shows that students are putting in the same amount of work in and out of the classroom and competing in academic competitions. The chess team's success also shows that school programs are helping kids get smarter and more sure of themselves.
