Sadler Elementary opened the 2025-26 school year with the "Future Grows Here" theme and a temporary leadership transition — Principal Rachel Mott announced she would be on maternity leave through September, with Cassandra Trotman serving as acting principal during that period. Mott returned to lead the Mustangs for the second half of the year. The school has 43 teachers and a 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, one of the longer school days in the area.
