Riverdale Elementary reaffirmed its Royal Family identity heading into the second half of the 2025-26 school year, with Principal Nicole Sims building on the campus's Five Star School and Golden School Award recognitions. The school's 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM school day is one of the longer schedules in OCPS, giving teachers additional instructional time. Riverdale also joined the OCPS Let's Read challenge running from January through April 2026.
