Between May and June 2026, Myrtle Grove K-8 Center families celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week as well as other community events in Miami Gardens. Some of the community events include the Faith and Family Festival, Memorial Day events, and the Juneteenth celebration in Oscar Braynon II Park. The students' school year will end in June 2026.
