East Lake Elementary School is celebrating Earth Day with a Recycle Art and Diorama Contest on April 30, 2026. The school is also preparing for the F.A.S.T. Progress Monitoring 3 testing in May and recently hosted a STEM Night and an Art in the Garden celebration. Additionally, the Osceola School District recognized 3rd-grade teacher Jasmine Arevalo and 5th-grade student Diego with Phenomenality Awards from Discovery Education.

Ans. The day begins calmly in one classroom, with students settling in, reviewing simple tasks, and moving straight into the first lesson without rushing between rooms.

Ans. Movement usually happens for specials like art, music, and physical education rather than between every subject.

Ans. Special classes, small group activities, and school events give students a change from regular classroom lessons.
