GRASP Academy, which is a choice program of the Duval County Public Schools system, has gained prominence lately as a result of district announcements regarding plans to relocate the institution to the Don Brewer campus. The program is known for having a unique mode of providing instructions to learners who have dyslexia and other associated conditions through the use of special techniques and a partnership with universities to provide appropriate training for the instructors. Districts have also announced the continuation of investments in the literacy intervention programs at the campus.
