Current news indicates an optimistic direction regarding George Washington Carver Elementary School located in Jacksonville. Early 2026 saw a report from Duval County Public Schools stating that the school had implemented increased student assistance programs, which involved winter assistance to provide necessary items like jackets to the students of George Washington Carver Elementary.
