One of the teachers at Central Riverside Elementary School has attracted the interest of many people in the current year because he or she was nominated for the 2025 Duval County Teacher of the Year award. It should be noted that such a nomination means that there is a lot of respect for the work done by teachers who teach children in their classes. In addition, improvements to the facilities of the school are being planned ahead of schedule.
Q1. Does the school provide care programs during and after school?
Ans. Yes, there are extended day programs that provide care services during and after normal school hours.
Q2. Does the school provide transportation for children attending the school?
Ans. Usually bus transportation is provided based on criteria such as eligibility for magnet programs and proximity to campus.
Q3. What extra-curricular activities do the students have access to?
Ans. The students are given the opportunity to enroll in clubs, arts, and other enrichment programs.
Q4. How can parents be involved in the school environment?
Ans. The parents are invited to become a member of the PTA and get involved in various programs organized by the school.
Q5. Is there any program for gifted or highly able children?
Ans. Yes, there are certain programs for highly gifted children.
