Recent improvements include the introduction of measures aimed at enhancing safety for the children at Biltmore Elementary through the introduction of a school bus safety plan introduced by Duval County Public Schools in March 2026. The safety measures include the installation of cameras to monitor buses as they operate. These include cameras on the stop arms to ensure safety during pick-ups and deliveries.
