About Cape Coral Technical College

Cape Coral Technical College is a public high school in Cape Coral, Florida, that teaches students in grades 9–12 how to get jobs and work with technology. The School District of Lee County includes it. The school focuses on hands-on job training, so students can get regular high school diplomas or work toward a General Educational Development (GED) credential while also getting certificates in their field. Cape Coral Technical College has fewer students than regular high schools, with about 300 to 350 students in focused technical programs. Teachers can give each student more individual attention because there aren't as many students in each class. latest news publishes standardized academic proficiency metrics for state Math and ELA scores, but this school doesn't. Instead, its curriculum focuses on helping students improve both their academic and technical skills through dual-enrollment and applied learning opportunities. There are a lot of career-focused programs at the school in areas like business, healthcare, technology, hospitality, and the culinary arts. It also has more ways to get into skilled trades. The students come from different backgrounds, but national profiles don't show how many of them are minorities at this school.
