Being Updated
In April 2026, students from Congress Middle School won first and second place in the "KIDS BAKE-OFF" at the South Florida Fair. Students made and showed off things like cheesecake bites and key lime cake shooters. Students were able to use their skills outside of school by taking part in a real competition. Their performance showed that students were involved in school programs and hands-on activities. It also showed that people were involved in activities outside of schoolwork.
