Hollister is a town in San Benito County that is getting bigger. About 45,000 to 46,000 people live there. The city is near the Bay Area and California Central Coast. It has a mix of farming history, suburban neighborhoods, and a way of life that is good for families. The Hollister School District is in charge of most of the public elementary schools in Hollister. There are also a few private and religious schools. Schools focus on academics, bilingual education, having a diverse student body, and activities outside of school, such as sports and the arts. The state honors some campuses for academic achievement. Families and kids can learn in Hollister because the neighborhoods are safe and the community helps each other.
