Sunset Heights Elementary School was established in 2014 and is located in Peoria, Arizona. Sunset Heights is part of the Peoria Unified School District and is dedicated to families, providing a rich, positive, and inclusive environment that invites academic curiosity, community support, and parental involvement through ParentSquare and PTSO initiatives.
Our Summer Achievement Academy and Pre-K/Kindergarten Readiness programs lay a strong foundation for learning. Citywide proficiency in reading is roughly 55%, and proficiency in math is about 50%, so Peoria has solid academic strength. The average rent is $2,000 for a home in Vistancia or Fletcher Heights. Sunset Heights remains one of the best elementary schools in Arizona, with an academic commitment to growth and community values.
