On October 27, 2025, Cottonwood Elementary students enjoyed a visit from the Phoenix Symphony, enriching music and arts education.
Q1: What grades do the kids at Legacy Traditional School—Casa Grande go to?
Ans. The school teaches kids from kindergarten to 8th grade and puts a lot of emphasis on character building and academics.
Q2: Is Legacy Traditional School – Casa Grande a government-run school or a private one?
Ans. It is a public charter school in Arizona that doesn't charge tuition. It is run independently by the state.
Q3. What do the teachers at the school do?
Ans. Teachers employ a traditional, fundamental approach that emphasizes math, reading, writing, and science, along with art, music, and physical education.
Q4. What do you do outside of school?
Ans. Students can join clubs for sports, music, art, robotics, and leadership to learn how to work with others, be creative, and grow as a person.
Q5. How can parents help their kids with schoolwork?
Ans. Parents can help their kids do well in school by getting involved with the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), volunteering, and going to community events.
