Being Updated
Evening Educational Options still gives students important flexible ways to learn. They recently honored people who have been able to keep their schoolwork and personal lives in balance. The program is still a big part of the district's plan to make sure that every student can graduate, no matter what they do during the day. The focus this school year is still on giving students personalized help and using technology in the classroom to help them finish their diploma requirements quickly.
Q1. Who gets something out of the Evening Educational Options program?
Ans. This program is for high school students who need a late-day schedule to finish their requirements.
Q2. Is the curriculum the same as what students would find in a regular daytime school?
Ans. Students in schools follow the same strict state standards, which means that their diplomas are fully academic.
Q3. Can students at the school take the ACT?
Ans. Access to standard college entrance exams like the ACT is facilitated to ensure school students are college-ready.
Q4. Is the environment good for studying?
Ans. Students often find it easier to finish their schoolwork in the evening when things are quieter and they can focus better.
Q5. Can teachers help students one-on-one?
Ans. Staff members put direct interaction first to help students with difficult subjects.
