Jones Valley Elementary is doing a great job creating opportunities for connection for students and families through learning and engagement opportunities. The PTA is hosting a Color Run fundraiser for $40,000 to purchase new physical education equipment and interactive boards for the classrooms. Students recently performed for families at GATE Night to demonstrate creativity and student learning. Denielia Turner, a reading specialist, was the runner up for the Toyota Family Teacher of the Year Award in November 2024, a $5,000 grant which she will use towards her passion for literacy.
