In September of 2024, Carver MST received recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School. By November 2024, Carver MST had a #9 ranking out of 667 Alabama elementary schools. In 2025, in April Carver MST received its Certified Schoolyard Habitat status, and then in May, students qualified for the National Math Championship. The school is hosting a Community Listening Session on October 2, 2025.
