Epic Alternative Elementary School

EPIC Alternative Elementary School has built a reputation as one of the most effective Elementary Schools in Alabama, merging academic success with a vision of equity and opportunity. EPIC serves around 300 students in grades PK–5 and provides a learning environment with a strong diversity of student characteristics, with 97% of students identifying as minority students. EPIC has been chosen as a as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School, due to its notable progress in closing gaps in achievement and improving student success.
