BASIS San Antonio – Northeast Campus is located at 11542 Wayland Way, San Antonio, TX 78233. The campus serves students in grades 5 through 8. Enrollment is reported at about 138 students. The student–teacher ratio is approximately 13:1. The student population includes roughly 50% male and 50% female students. State assessment results show that about 62% of students score at or above the proficient level in mathematics, while approximately 75% reach proficiency in reading on Texas state assessments. The school operates as a public charter campus within the BASIS Texas network and provides a structured academic program featuring core middle-grade coursework supported by advanced study opportunities in mathematics, science, humanities, and world language instruction. The surrounding K–12 education framework in this part of San Antonio connects neighborhood elementary schools with middle schools and high school pathways across the northeast side of the city. Homes in neighborhoods near the Wayland Way corridor commonly list near $255,000, reflecting the established residential character of the surrounding community. With these results, the campus is recognized among the best middle schools in Texas, offering a diverse array of extracurricular programs that further enhance student learning.

Basis San Antonio - Northeast Campus had Spring Break from March 9 to March 13, 2026. The planned break gave students and staff a week off from regular classes during the spring semester. The calendar break was planned for the 2025–2026 school year as part of the campus's academic schedule.
