Being Updated
The Herman Ridder Campus recently held a number of career-related events where students could meet and talk to professionals from many different fields. Through talks, mentoring, and visits to real workplaces, students learned more about different career paths. Students also went to colleges, which gave them a better idea of their college options and what it's like to live on campus. These activities helped students see how what they learned in class could help them reach their goals in the future. They also helped them think about their academic and career paths in a more realistic way.
