The Bronx is one of New York City's five boroughs and has more than 1.4 million people living there. It has a mix of homes, parks, and busy streets, which makes it easy for families to get to schools and other local services in different neighborhoods. The New York City Department of Education runs public schools in the Bronx, which are open to students from all walks of life.
