Westdale Middle School is getting a lot of attention for its new programs and successes! Magnet Schools of America named the school's World Language Immersion Magnet program the Top Merit Magnet Program of Excellence. Madilyn Whitmore, a Westdale student, was named Louisiana Middle School Student of the Year for her great grades and leadership skills. The school's Jeans for Dreams Day event also raised $208 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
