Being Updated
Harding is seeing record engagement in its "Skills Academy" winter session, focusing on hands-on technical training. The school is expanding its signature "Turnaround Arts" program to further integrate creativity into core subjects. Recent safety upgrades and facility maintenance are being completed this month to improve the learning environment.
Q1. What does the "Turnaround Arts" program at Harding Middle School mean?
Ans. Harding is a Turnaround Arts school, which means it uses high-quality arts education in all subjects to get students more involved and help them do better in school.
Q2. Are there any after-school clubs at Harding Middle School for kids who like to play video games?
Ans. Yes, Harding has a well-known Esports club where students can play organized games against each other and learn about teamwork and digital strategy.
Q3. What do students need to do to be able to join the band at Harding Middle School in 2026?
Ans. Anyone can join the band. If you don't have your own instruments, you can usually rent them through the district's low-cost instrument loan program for the school year.
Q4. How does Harding Middle School include the community in its school events?
Ans. Harding has "Family Nights" and community showcases on a regular basis where families and residents can see student work and take part in workshops.
Q5. Does Harding Middle School offer rides home to students who stay late for activities?
Ans. There may be a "activity bus" for some district-sponsored programs, but parents should check with the activities director for the most up-to-date schedule for 2026.
Note: Schedules may change during school holidays. Please contact School for exact Schedule.
