Being Updated
Construction is underway on a new $7.9 million gymnasium at 1 and 2 Positive Place for Mare Island Technology Academy. The project replaces a previously condemned building and is being developed to provide updated athletic and event space for the campus. The building is meant to be used by Griffin Technology Academies students and local youth programs, as well as by the community at large.
