Douglas MacArthur Fundamental Intermediate had a lot of success in both academics and sports in late 2025. The Speech & Debate team won the SAUSD Speech & Debate Tournament in early December 2025. The girls basketball team won the SAUSD Championship for the fourth year in a row later that year. The cross country team finished second overall at the district intermediate meet in October 2025.
